  • Updating our IRWMP in anticipation of Proposition 84 and other funding opportunities
  • Reviewing, revising, and updating the CABY suite of projects
        • Refining existing project information
        • Creating a revised application for new projects
        • Refining project selection criteria for funding sources
  • Developing capacity to perform cost-benefit analyses under Proposition 84
  • Implementing diversified fundraising strategy, which is aimed at positioning CABY and partners for funding opportunities beyond Proposition 84
  • Organizing and conducting three issue-specific regional forums:
        • Mercury
        • Land-use and water policy summit
        • Fish habitat improvement in western Sierra creeks
  • Conducting an Information Needs Assessment (INA) to identify the most appropriate database structure for CABY to implement and maintain
  • Refining and upgrading website
