Throughout early 2009, CABY members and staff worked with the Planning Committee, Coordinating Committee, and Fiscal Oversight Committee to develop a Joint Powers Agreement (JPA) template. This template will serve as a basis for the eventual development of a JPA if such a structure is ever deemed necessary. The template describes the basic roles and responsiblities of a JPA and its members. The template is available here and can be downloaded and used by any CABY members who wish to enter into a JPA.
