Revised Scoring Criteria for Review

Scoring criteria were reviewed and revised by the PC at the June 2009 meeting. This updated document reflects the changes that were made and includes an additional change recommended by CABY staff. These criteria will be reviewed by the PC in October before final approval and adoption.
